Honestly, if I were going to spend that much, I wouldn't be online. I'd have to touch it, feel it, see the person I'm buying from and talk to that person, and get a feel for the item and the person. Buying online for high-priced items is a big no-no for me.

True, but some people are time poor. Also my guess would be this site would be a reputable dealer and has earned a lot of trust and respect to be selling such high priced items.
But I'm sure if you are spending this type of money they would also fly across in their private jet to check it out in person
