Not sure about everyone here but I have been seeing reports of this ebola outbreak in the DRC. They are reporting how this time, it has been harder to contain because of the current civil war going on. Rebels are attacking medical centers trying to car for infected patients and destroying the facilities making it worst to control this outbreak. These rebels are even shooting at the WHO doctors and helpers because they don't trust anyone. Recently back in February here in Philadelphia a man was being treated for possibly ebola and at first they said it wasn't ebola but dengue, here we are in May and they did confirm that this man from the Congo indeed had the ebola virus. Do you really think our own government will say anything to the public? You know they will keep a tight lip about it in order to not cause any panic. We shouldn't go panic but at least educate the public about how to take precautionary measures incase of an outbreak. I sure pray that this doesn't get out of control or we will be in deep trouble. What are your opinions on this subject? Do you think it can become a major outbreak or like in the past, will just be contained and go away?
