Today I made a light chicken stew with vegetables and tomato, I didn't have a lot of flavour substances, so I tried to use what I found to get the taste better, I had one pack of light Mediterranean flavour which is meant for fish dishes, but it also fit well here :)
I hope all have cool day out there and you all have maid some small good food what can make feel like small home. Soon is new day back and I can try make more photos and sun is also back .

Light chicken stew, is always a good source for proteins and low fats.
When I played sport at very competitive level I used to eat adequate quantities of chicken (grass fed, grown in freedom from my girlfriend's parents) to avoid those chemical s++t they give to chicken to make them grow bigger and faster.
My favourite recipe for chicken is the bitter-sweet, made on a Chinese style, with soy sauce, sweet pepper, onion, pineapple and tomato sauce.

I not like this Chickens also what have been maid to go more bigger then normal chickens in small home farm get.
