Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 29
degree celsius in my hometown. Our country is in monsoon season now and I ran 3km at easy pace in the neighbourhood near my place and called it a day.
Now I am in the process of building up my endurance slowly by increasing the mileage each week.
You should check out @actifit for fitness related posting. There is an app and can help track activity. It can also sync fitbit devices which I haven't tried yet.
I use it when I go for distance runs which I am long overdue. Good luck on reaching your goals!
