The only way not to make mistakes is to do nothing and that, in itself, would be the ultimate mistake. We learn by doing, by making mistakes. In order for you to profit from your mistakes, you have to make some.
Mistakes are lessons of wisdom, they are portals of discovery. Mistakes show us what needs improving. Without mistakes, how would we know what works and what doesn’t. Learn from our mistakes. That’s where our experience comes from, and the easiest way to gain experience is to make some mistakes. They will be our wealth of experiences.
However, that doesn’t mean you can be reckless and attempt all sorts of things. That would not only be a mistake, it is also stupidity. Think, consider, weigh the pros and cons. Then proceed with caution. If it was a mistake, learn from it and it will become an experience – your experience.

When I was growing up, I was told over and over again by both my parents, "When you things, do it right the first time" and so therefore when you made mistakes, you know you've done your best, and that mistakes are okay. "Learn from it."

I am still posting everyday. You should look for my posts under the 'Posts' tab - not the 'Blog' tab. Sometimes, I post on Ecency, sometimes on other communities. But regardless of where I post, they will all show up under the 'Posts' tab.

I don't think I am addicted. Being busy on Hive and Steem give me something to do. And it helps to brush up English, plus I get to learn new things I did research of. The money is a bonus. Maybe one day it will be worth something. Who knows. 😊

I understand sir Vincent, I can see you working at this and it not being an addiction. But just to make sure you should take a couple of weeks off and prove to yourself that you ain't addicted. lol. I powered my steem down and converted it to bitcoin and used that to buy another little known crypto and to put the rest into an investment site which just went out of business lol.

Howdy on this fine Tuesday night sir Vincent! I don't have a single bit of bitcoin now since that big site went down. I'll ask around and see if anyone knows how to cash out. On Steemit it was pretty easy but when I looked in my Hive wallet it didn't look like they even had an option like that.
Okay, if you're not willing to miss out on making a couple cents a day I know you're addicted! lol.
