Today I have prepared a recipe for homemade cookies for you.
I often bake cookies according to this recipe. Sometimes I change the design of the cookies.
Ingredients:
1 egg
100 g butter
100 g sugar
Vanillin
1.25 cups flour
0.5 teaspoon soda
I took a double portion.
Mix the eggs with sugar.
Add melted butter and soda slaked with vinegar.
Sift the flour and add to our mixture.
Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, roll out the dough and make our future cookies.
I made them in the shape of flowers and put plum jam in the middle.
Please put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The hour depends on your oven. My cookies bake for about 40 minutes.
I sprinkled the next batch with ground nuts and sugar, cut it into diamonds, and put it in the oven.
This is the kind of cookies we got. I always make a lot of cookies. They run out quickly, and my family asks me to bake them again.
