I realized that there are very few happy times. I think the happy times in a day are short-lived. Other times I spend a lot of time worrying, frustrated, tired and anxious.
I think I have to learn how to live happily every day
Yes, you can have a lot of fun every day if you take care of yourself. I think happiness and sadness come from within.
Here are some things to keep in mind so that you can always have fun or just have fun.
It's not easy to look at everything with an optimistic mind, but you have to change your mindset to look at it with optimism. I think optimism can change the world a lot.
Understanding others makes you happy, and you can't be happy as long as you blame others.
Understanding and forgiving others can bring happiness to both of them.
You must always be aware of what you are doing. You can not lose sight of your state of mind. The mind is always in a bad place. You have to correct it.
I think it's good to stop thinking about what you did and not worry about it. You have to learn from your mistakes and learn not to make the same mistakes over and over again.
There are many other ways, but these are the ones that work best for you right now.

Yes, you are correct (in my opinion). Happiness and sadness (and every-thing in fact) all come from within. It is vital to re-member that we are not these bodies. These bodies ae just vehicle for the One True Self. If we are able to remember this (both in times of happiness and sadness) and feel all the feelings (the bodily sensations) without judgement or blame (to blame is to be lame) then we will experience more and more joy. Joy apparently is the ability to be content with all the feelings, feeling them all.
As Kahli Gibran said (paraphrasing), sorrow is carving out a space in the being so it can contain more joy.
