Wow @amiramnoam. What an interesting and classic argument I haven't thought of for a long time. The last ten years there has been a rush back into the city not only in Seoul but also my hometown Chicago. Neighborhoods became gentrified and huge areas of the city developed. Today the difference of the house in Seoul and just across the street outside Seoul is three times. The Korean countryside has seen so much development it cannot be properly called countryside by an extension of the city. Transportation became better through fast trains but commuting is still expensive. A big difference in the future will be the amount of digital nomads who work at home. @amiramnoam thanks for writing this and sharing your thoughts.
