I am not sure what to believe but I certainly wish that wisdom prevails and we move towards manufacturing and trading as a vehicle for growth instead of war.
Very insightful and accurate IMHO. Look at where he is going this week (Saudi -- Petro Dollar, Israel - you know , Pope -- you know again) and then G7 ...he is certainly going to convey a message.

The Russian Federation (EREFA) does not have a Constitution, since the issue of adopting the Constitution for a vote held on 12.12.1993 (a few days after the military coup) was not raised, - on that day the question was raised about the adoption of the draft Constitution of the Russian Federation, which Had to go through several norms of international law a few more steps (amendment, approval and approval). According to international law, citizens of one state can not vote for the constitution of another state - citizens of the USSR could not vote for the Russian constitution with their passports, contrary to the result of the already held All-Union Referendum for the Preservation of the USSR on March 17, 1991. I'm not even talking about falsifications that were held in those days, because citizens of the USSR either did not come to the vote, or voted against the draft Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Seems unlikely based on recent history.
