Does he not know that crops don’t grow well without Sunlight. Add to that his interest in vaccines and dimming the Sun has the effect of lowering the vitamin D levels in human population. Sounds like he’s creating a market for vaccines.
But back to the first part, some say that he want’s to control all the crop growing and switch over to GMO entirely with plants that don’t have their own seeds (making farmers dependent) and are patented. I think it could be even worse than that. If he owns all the land, he can create food shortages. We may be in for holodomor to shake out resisters to the vaccine.
The root reason for gender confusion and LGBTQ, etc seems to point to reducing fertility so that eugenicists can move from natural procreation to artificial reproduction. Sex will become a thing of the past if eugenicists get their way.

Consider what this means for such programs like social security. Someone retires at 65 and gets 115 years of pension. Obviously this is not sustainable for 8 billion people. Taken with all the other considerations, this is just another indicator pointing to the motivation for depopulation. A technology like this rolled out to only a few would be highly controversial.
