Thanks @beyondordinary I'll check them out. I'm in the UK though so that might make a difference. I shall see. 😊

Hope you two get into it, it's a little addictive (in the most delicious kinda way). As for seeds in the UK, I'm not sure. But brands like sprout house are large companies that sell on the internet. You might also want to check out the Easy-sprout by Sproutamo. It's a stand alone sprouter that doesn't require medium.

Happy sprouting!

Thanks @mountainjewel. Have forwarded the information onto John.

When you mentioned the sprouter I realised that I'd come across this before. My mum used to have one when I was a teenager. We used to refer to them as bean sprouts.

It was the reference to medium and micro greens that threw me off. Micro greens sounds so much more exotic that bean sprouts!! 😂

Hehe, names can be misleading. Although bean sprouts are a little different than microgreens, they both have great benefits. Sprouts don't make it to the microgreen stage as they are eaten sooner and are often different types of seeds.

Ah. Got it @mountainjewel. I'll pass the information on to John! 😁
