I've been using it for a couple of seasons now and wouldn't do anything without it. Biochar actually gives best results in poor soils or depleted ones as it helps in retaining nitrogen, but it's a fantastic home for microlife and goes very well with mycorrhizae. It also needs to be added to the soil in small amounts for optimal effect.

That's a great testament to biochar! I haven't seen the direct results of applying biochar first hand yet but from what I have read I am a firm believer :) Its good to hear another fan and testment. Thanks for reading!
