You know what this article took a seriously unexpected turn but it makes so much sense!!! The death penalty has been banned in my country for many decades now and I must admit from our history its certainly has been abused. Crime has increased since its abolishedment though and many say its because there is no real punishment in jail. Criminals just continue to run their syndicates from the inside. But using these guys guilty of truly inhumane crimes as test subjects might not be such a bad idea!! Just gotta watch these experiments, we might have the next generation of super villains on our hands!! I'll call shield so long!
