Dear @tedcipher, Thank you for your participation in the QOTW.
All that we go through is an experience of life and all we need is to learn and evolve. Our loved ones leave away to another world because that's where our real home is, as we finish our journey we all will have to go there. If we create the silence within we will be able to hear them from the other side and all that pain of them not being around will vanish.
We get confused because we allow our mind to play tricks with us. Our mind is just as same as any other body part of ours, and we control the function of all our body parts, then why do we not control our mind rather then the mind controlling us.
Slow down, understand silence and the purpose of your life will be clear.
