Sleep is so important! It's our time to rejuvenate and refresh and rebuild. Too many of us undervalue the power of a good night's rest. I even recommend making a ritual of it. Preparing yourself for you slumber, by listening to some nice relaxing music, lighting a candle, and even staying away from electronics for at least 30-minutes before sleep. It can help make your resting time that much more enjoyable and productive! Great post
