Here's my rituals:
Waking up early: I try to wake up as early as possible. Sometimes 6 am, sometimes 9 when I have worked out the previous day and body is tired.
Practicing Gratitude.
Mindfulness Meditation: I use Headspace app for this
Reading Books: I try to keep reading as often as possible. I've got e-books and audiobooks on phone to read when I'm outside. When I'm at home I've got my hardcopy books.
Editing Videos: I create videos and post them on YouTube/DTube. Mostly motorcycle and travel videos.
Steemit Blog Post: I try to write one article everyday: Share my travel stories/ something that I've learned by reading/ watching YouTube and other informational stuff.
Evening Jog: I run/walk for 3 hours everyday. I need to reduce this a bit as it seems to be having an impact on my joints. I've stopped at the moment to give rest to my legs.
Night: Push-ups and crunches.
That's my ritual!
