There's this guy, @damianjayclay, who is a freaking Master at finding unintentional poetry in common conversations. He lurks in the Writers' Block discord server. He's there even when he's not there (or so I've heard him say), and we never know when our words will suddenly come back to the screen, #editedbyclay. This is one he found Friday night.
All SBD received from this post will be donated to @tarc. They do great work under miserable conditions rescuing animals from bad places and finding them new forever homes where they will thrive. Please check them out, follow them, and support them with your upvotes.
If you're a writer of any sort, you might like to check us out on discord. There's a link below to help you on your way. It's a fun place with friendly people. And it's a working place with dedicated people. So if you want to have fun working with friendly and dedicated folks, drop in anytime.
Dark Energy
you may not understand
the relationship
i have with coffee
it is not complicated
i am its slave
i sip on lukewarm coffee
to prove the point
i keep waiting for them
to discover
the coffee quark
the basic building block
of thought
Love this one so much. That's real energy--the dark liquid gold that saves lives.
Great for sipping, gulping and, as I have discovered lately, painting!

Another fantastic unintended poem.
A subject dear to my heart!
