It is essential to feel motivated to do the best in themselves and for others, motivation requires changes in our lives, since everyone wants to have positive life habits in life, with routines that in one way or another favor and make us feel that we have a full life.
You do not always get what you want, because just by wanting a habit does not materialize, a habit requires training and is more than that, it requires constant training.
People must find a way to stay motivated, so that all positive things are opened and what they want happens.
What is needed to change habits?
In order to have positive routines and habits that keep us motivated in our life, it is necessary:
► More than a goal, you need a lifestyle: an objective, for example, is to eat healthy to lose weight, but if you learn to eat healthily, what is eating a bit of everything in the right amounts, and becomes a philosophy of life, will be something pleasant in the person with some meaning. It is to get that habit, to have a meaning of importance in life. People who manage to lead a healthy life, does not mean that they never make small mistakes, but it does not mean that they can not correct, this is part of learning, understanding that from mistakes they are also learned.
► The person in itself, must learn and want to treat with respect and esteem their own person: in the same way that we treat others, respect and cordial treatment must be with oneself, in this way you are personally motivated. When we treat ourselves badly, this leads to low self-esteem. A person who does not love himself and who is not positive, it will be difficult for him to initiate a change.
► Develop a positive self-image: this is nothing more than the definition of what we are, is to learn what we can do to be successful. This helps to determine if one is persevering or not, disciplined, to understand if it is possible to have or not willpower. If we believe and act positively acting, for example, disciplined, willful, organized, we will learn to behave according to this pattern of positive help.
►The person must feel responsible and proud of their changes: the person in itself is the only one capable of generating changes, this means that we are responsible for our own life. When the person feels responsible for the changes that he has acquired, he can repeat them positively. The only and true reality is that it only matters our own initiative, our own imposed change, and every time we move forward in the new lifestyle, we will give ourselves a round of applause, because the task has been accomplished.
►Avoid going in a hurry: This is a habit that we must avoid at all costs, things are not achieved from one day to the next, we go calmly but without stagnation. The change is slow, but it has to be progressive so that it will flow naturally. Everything in life requires time and patience.
