I'm in the Hillsborough area. I'm shocked we don't have more accountability for this. That's absurd they expect all these children to care about their schoolwork but can't manage to get them all there on time. I don't have any children myself, if I did I'd be enraged every time I think about them wasting my childrens time. Unacceptable.
