Teachers must understand this cultural difference. It is necessary for the learning process to run well. Racial and tribal sentiments should be kept away from the classroom. But that is not easy. Culture is inherent in a student. Therefore a teacher must understand how to play a role in the classroom.

For some people, of course, controlling students is not easy. Therefore I will share some tips related to that problem. Well here are some ways that can be a reference how to handle students who come from different cultures.

Do not Mention the Race

Anti racism begins with a teacher. Anti racist should be taught to students so that students are not sentimental on race and culture. This starts from the way the teacher implements his students. Teachers should not compare rates. It can give rise to a long sentiment. Tell students that the race is just an entity and should not be a reference. Students should behave the same regardless of race.

Fair

Racial disputes always start from a sense of unjust. For example a white dispute with blacks. One of the things that triggered the war is because there are parties who feel treated unfairly. Well, as a teacher we must be neutral regardless of race and skin color. This is expected to fall on the students. We hope that students also do not regard race and ethnicity.

Universal

Classroom is a simple space that has extensive sightseeing. In the class everyone should think broad and free without having to be supported by race or culture. All must think universal. This should be taught to students so that they do not see race as a differentiator. Students should view race or culture as common and ordinary.

This should start with the attitude of the teacher. A good teacher should encourage his students to think broadly and appreciate every difference. This can be done by studying the various cultures that exist in the world. It can make students more mature.

Find Equations As Humans

Human nature is life and together living life. Teachers must understand this. A teacher should teach students that humans live together. No man survives alone. It must be understood by a teacher so that teachers can unite the diversity of culture in the classroom.

By finding commonalities as human beings, teachers have been able to build good relationships among people. By having the same students will be easier to establish relationships.

Those are some things to consider when teaching in a classroom that consists of various cultures.
