The current expansion of formal education for children in developing countries increases the age of general school by institutional education of adult literacy. However, a trend continues to be the same today - allocation for adult education exceeds one percent of the total budget of a single education, thus, it is less than a priority. Literacy is seen from a strictly usability point of view - as a prerequisite for economic development. For example, 'going to school' automatically refers to 'education' for children, the term 'adult education' was 'literate'.Adult education most need in our society.
