I want to share two beautiful projects that go hand in hand with the care and protection of the environment, these projects are recycling and school conuco.
The Recycling Project:
This beautiful project has become a beautiful art, because when we collect products that are already waste, that no longer have the utility for what they were manufactured, but now will become highly productive material to create new designs to give another possible use.
It is of vital importance to teach our children this valuable teaching as it is recycling, as we are forming values and love for the environment and our planet, and in turn we are creating awareness of not polluting our environment with waste, as They are cardboard, glass, plastic among others, but they can be given a greater utility.
In this project we teach children to make materos with plastic bottles, with milk cans and with rubbers. They were also able to make other designs with egg cartons, and trucks with cardboard boxes. In this way, they are creating concerns for the manual arts, as they share ideas of new shapes, new colors, and that these recycled containers will be used for the second time. So we also lower a bit the high cost of the materials to carry out any activity of this type.
The Hands to Plant Project:
This project could be said to have become classrooms without roofs, in the open air. Where children have been taught the value of planting and harvesting their own food. They learn from planting small seeds that will later be the trees that will bear fruit.
It is beautiful to see children have contact with nature, with the same land. The school conucos give a training if you can say academic to the students since they can take advantage of the land to produce food for daily consumption, as well as the beautification of the green areas of the schools. In the case of schools that do not have these physical spaces, this project can be developed in urban plantings, which would be the use of containers, containers and containers where seeds and smaller plants can be planted, such as chives, chili, paprika, cilantro, parsley among others.
For this project closure we have a large exhibition, where each group made up of students and teachers presented some of their goals achieved throughout this school year. This is done as a source of inspiration and motivation for future projects.
At the end of the activity, seeds ready to be sown, small plants of sabila and aromatics were presented. We enjoyed and tasted delicacies made with harvests, such as banana preserves, yucca fritters, sauces made from boiled yucca, jams, onion cream, among others.
I say goodbye to you hoping that this post can contribute something positive for any reader. !!
