BACKGROUND
Welcome to my post, in the previous discussion I have discussed about : UNDERSTANDING COOPERATIVE LEARNING, BASIC CONCEPT OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING, CHARACTERISTICS OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING, ELEMENTS OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODELS, COOPERATIVE LEARNING OBJECTIVES. DIFFERENCES OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING WITH TRADITIONAL LEARNING

Individual accountability measures the mastery of the subject matter of each group member. Groups are given feedback on the learning outcomes of their members so that they can know who needs help and who can provide assistance. | Individual accountability is often overlooked so that tasks are often encouraged by one group member, while the other group members only 'nice meals alone' on the success of their friend who was a 'contractor'. |
The existence of positive interdependence, help each other and give each other motivation so there promotive interaction. | Teachers often allow students who dominate the group or rely on a group. |

BENEFITS OF USE OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING
The benefits of cooperative learning include:
- Increase social sensitivity and solidarity
- Allows students to learn from each other about attitudes, skills, information, social behavior, and views.
- Make it easy for students to make social adjustments.
- Allows the formation and development of social values ??and commitments.
- Eliminates selfishness.
- Build friendships that can continue into adulthood.
- Sharing the social skills necessary to maintain a relationship of mutual need can be taught and practiced.
- Increase trust each other to fellow human beings.
- Improving the ability to view problems and situations from multiple perspectives.
- Increase willingness to use other people's ideas that are better perceived.
- Increasing friendship without regard to differences in ability, gender, normal or disability, ethnicity, social class, religion and task orientation

CONCLUSION
Every thing must have advantages and disadvantages as well as cooperative learning. Cooperative learning teaches how to work together in solving a problem in groups through discussions with other friends who have different views and thoughts, through which each member will have a broader view of sharing knowledge, experience and skills so that through all the group can complete the task given through shared thinking that is considered true and good. But because of the diversity can also lead to disputes and contradictions due to the existence of different thoughts so that in the process takes a long time so that the opposition does not happen required the cohesiveness among members.
