Albert Einstein said: "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid".
I like so much what Einstein said, because he confirms what I have always believed. Every single child is gifted and talented in a particular area, every single one, without exception!
Every child is blessed with a gift, an innate talent or more. One can be good at music - singing or playing instruments, another at drawing, math or foreign languages. Some may be good at sports, others at dance or theater, painting. Everyone has something in his interior that urges him to explore, to learn.
You can have abundantly talented, but if this talent remains undiscovered and uncultivated, and there is no created the right context for to manifest itself, then it would be like you don't have it!
It's our job as parents to stimulate and encourage our children to do exactly what they like and not to give up to their passions.
If we look at the successful people of all times, we will see that they succeeded because they did what they liked, and through perseverance, they cultivated their talent and achieved performances.
That's a good post, @rahela! Thanks for it!
I also love the essays of Einstein because they benefit me a lot in my life
I absolutely agree. Parents and teachers just have to watch their kids for these talents and help them improve in that area.
I absolutely agree children have there own talent but also grown ups have talent or knowledge in there own way : )
