The future plan for elementary education
Bangladesh has not only achieved the target of declaration of declaration but has exceeded the target in many cases. In the last decade of last century, there has been a progressive progress in the primary education of the minorities. Since the last decade, the importance of both the quantitative and quality development of primary education is being given importance. Currently emphasizing the quality of primary education is achieving quality.
The Bangladesh government (ENG) has pledged to achieve the goal of education for all (DUKA, April 2000) in the World Education Forum (DUKA) in 2015. The targets set in the Dakar Framework are:
A. Especially in the development and expansion of the most risky and disadvantaged children of childhood and education;
B. Ensuring the importance of child care to all children in 2015, to ensure that children with difficulty and children of ethnic minorities get admission in schools and to meet quality, unpaid and compulsory primary education;
C. To ensure equal opportunities for appropriate education and lifelong skills program in terms of the needs of all young people and older people;
D To increase the literacy rate of 50 percent for the elderly, and ensuring equal opportunities for basic and continuing education for older people;
E. In 2005, to eliminate gender discrimination in the primary and secondary level education, and to achieve gender equality in education between 2015, to achieve standard basic education by ensuring equal opportunities for women with the importance of girls;
F. To ensure the improvement and excellence of all aspects of quality education so that everyone can achieve recognized and measurable learning, especially in literacy (literacy), calculation (Numeracy) and life skills;
Subject to this, based on the Dakar Framework, Bangladesh has set a national level plan for action for all, by establishing a well-planned target of education for all of the graduates in 2015. Education for all (2003-2015) All these goals are included in this National Plan of Action to create and teach education opportunities for all.
All ongoing projects for the development of the standard and quality standards of primary education are completed in June 2004. Hence, on the basis of Dakha Framework, the second primary education development program (Chuo-OO) was taken in this country and the National Plan of Action was proposed. C. Advance education reform campaign in particular: Implementation of the minimum standard of education related services at the juncture and primary school stage, which will highlight the scope and value of the services.
Proper career path and suitable nomenclature for primary school teachers and others who have knowledge, skills and experience in primary education related issues.
To improve the efficiency or capacities of the system and to make systemic changes, to improve the management and supervision of the primary and secondary education under the first and second primary education development program, decentralization of power and responsibilities with the policy.
