I HAVE A SUBJECT NAMED INS(INFORMATION AND NETWORK SECURITY)
IN THIS SUBJECT WE LEARN ABOUT SECURITY OF NETWORKS AND INFORMATION AS THE NAME SUGGESTS.
WHAT I AM LEARNING TODAY IS MONO-ALPHABETIC CIPHER(ENCODING STUFF SO NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND IT OTHER THAN THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD UNDERSTAND IT).
This cipher is of the type called "Substitution".
That means that it will substitute the words in the original text with some other text and encrypted message will be form.
Things to note down :-
- Plain Text:- This is the text that needs to be encrypted(the stuff which no one can read).
- Cipher Text:- This is the text we get after we encrypt the Plain Text.
