It's amazing how banks get caught for manipulation, money laundering, fraud, etc, and nothing happens... HSBC, Barclays, DeutscheBank, RBS, Wells Fargo, JP MorganTD Bank, RBC to name a few... and the punishment is usually a fine that is equal to a tiny fraction of the profits made... and a few years late (some times less), it's business as usual and they come up with another clever way to steal from people. But Snowdon gets thrown under the bus for pointing out illegal activity that we're all encouraged to point out ("If you see something, say something" comes to mind.. )... Lol HE DID SAY SOMETHING!! I guess they were talking about something else...
