I do believe that our world is made up of mostly market entrepreneurs because of how strong our businesses are. In my questions I didn’t exactly know the difference between the political and market entrepreneurs but the response I got back was it was like shark tank for market entrepreneurs. I think that is a great example. To fully be successful in a market entrepreneur environment you have to fulfill your ideas and make them happen. Everyone has ideas but not everyone follows through with them. We have so many different products in the market today because everyone is trying to be better than everyone. That is one reason people have patents and that was talked about in past weeks. Our market has so many different products for all different industries and the ideas aren’t stopping.
In high school worked for a company that was on shark tank. The original name was Tea 2 Go but over time it was changed because the investor had such a big part of the business. After the show and they started opening different locations all of the popularity started slowing down. They were the true definition of a market entrepreneur. From the beginning which our product was only tea it turned into tea and spices to tea and coffee. Every town has a Starbucks or Dunkin’ so it automatically created competition. I think an important factor of market entrepreneurs is competition because if you don’t have drive you won’t be successful.
To answer the question directly, yes, I do believe there are more market entrepreneurs in our system. There is constant evolution with different businesses and products. One factor that makes a market entrepreneur successful is drive. You can’t have a business that is selling a product or service and give up if someone else is doing the same thing you are. You have to look at what they are doing and make it more successful as well as make it your own. We have one of the biggest business industries in the world and we are still growing. Everyone is constantly pitching an idea and finding investors.
