Hi guys, beside other factors of a project which we can base on to decide to invest or not such as technology, idea , market , hype score , partner , there is another element is also very necessary , it will affect directly to Egretia project , that's team member factor . They are those who will lead the project , orient the direction for Egretia , so, to be successful project , leader team must be very experience and skillful . Ross Przybylski is a passionate games industry veteran. With more than 15 years of experience in software development and 10 years of experience in game development, Ross has done everything from leading cross-functional teams to creating and managing innovative products and live services. Presently, Ross leads a start-up in SLC developing an innovative new tactical RPG+CCG mobile game called "Prophecies" that aims to deliver fantastic fantasy adventure experiences to players in 3 minute sessions. He also hosts the "How to Start a Game Company" series on Youtube .

Ross has a diversity of experience ranging from small startup to AAA development. As a technical leader for Reflection Software, Ross consulted with and developed products for Fortune 500 companies. As an entrepreneur and indie developer, Ross founded D20Studios, LLC and published one of the first cross-platform mobile multiplayer games to market. As both a senior technical and product leader for Electronic Arts, the world's largest video game publisher, Ross managed engineers, creatives, projects and product design.

Ross's skill set includes game design, engineering, mobile development (technical architecture, performance optimization, development best practices, graphics rendering and multi-screen development), AI programming, partnership management, game development process, waterfall and agile project management, team leadership, management, coaching, and problem solving. Recently, Ross has also developed skills in product management, monetization and business development for freemium mobile titles.

From 2004 - 2012 , He was Director of Flash Development and Senior Software Engineer at Reflection Software . He provided technical and design consulting and developed products for Fortune 500 companies including Saks 5th Avenue, Aldi, and Walmart Ross managed the company’s eLearning development team and collaborated with instructional designers and graphic artists to produce top quality eLearning software products He architected technology including core software engine and production toolsets that more than doubled their team’s production efficiency

From 2012 - 2015 , Ross was in charge of game developer influencer and community professional in Adobe . He was frequent guest speaker for conventions, universities and development groups including Adobe Max, PaxDev, Push Button Summit, Comic Con and the IGDA. He published several highly referenced technical and game industry articles for Adobe Developer Connection, IndiePub, blogs and social media including Rendering Animated Game Models in Mobile Games, Understanding GPU Rendering in Adobe AIR for Mobile and How to Create an Asynchronous Multiplayer Game .

From 2012 - 2016 , He was also Producer of Electronic Art . He lea a cross-functional team of engineers, artists, game designers and business analysts to create product features for mobile products in live services . Moreover , he owned quality and ensured high customer value by leveraging consumer insights, marketing research, telemetry and onsite user testing. He also partnered with analysts and game/UX designers to understand business goals and translates requirements into user stories, wireframes and use flows , drove projects and development process for a mobile game production team that started with 10 people and grew to over 80 members internationally across 7 studio locations . Ross used to managed EA’s development partners including legal, marketing, localization, publishing, and customer support .

From 2009 - Present , Ross Przybylski is Founder as well as CEO of D20 Studio , LLC .
