Is Egypt finally safe to visit?

Unless you have been living under a rock you surely heard about the "Arab Spring" in 2011, which struck several arabic countries including Egypt, here's a quick reminder of what happened in Egypt: mass demonstrations ignited on 25 January 2011, it wasn't until 28 January 2011 when the "Central Security Forces" [The Egyptian Central Security Forces is a special force specially trained for extremely quick interventions in cases of emergencies, they are very similar to the American S.W.A.T.]

Pic of the Egyptian Central Security Forces:

Intervened to calm down the situation, this lead to a general case of chaos in the country.

There are a lot of opinions out there regarding of the cause of the chaos ignited on the 28th of January, some would blame the protestors accusing them of aggressively responding to the Egyptian Central Security Forces, throwing rocks at them and any items they would find on them. While some others would blame the Central Security Forces for using excessive force against the protestors. Regardless of who was the cause of the 28th of January Chaos. It didn't take too long before an order to evacuate every single Law Enforcement Officer from the streets to take place, the country was left with 0 police officer and law enforcement officers it was then that the Egyptian Army had to intervene. The Army knew that if it joined the side of the government trying to protect it it would lead to a civil war like in Syria, so the Army took a neutral position, it had only one job which was to protect important buildings, embassies and key buildings from people exploiting the lack of police and Central Security Officers to damage, vandalise and rob these buildings (Those are the same people who are gonna later launch massive suicidal bombings after the country has become safe again)

Now it's been 7 years and a half since the Arab Spring which heavily damaged Egypt's tourism, which was once one of the most vital sector of Egypt's economy, but is the country safe now with the new government?

Yes, in the years following the Egyptian Revolution of 2011 the country was able to effectively get rid of terrorism, 4 years ago you would hear every day in the news about a suicidal bombing or a terrorist attack in Cairo, but now the bombings and terrorists attacks have been completely eradicated, and for the past 2~3 years there have been no terrorist attacks or bombings in Cairo. Not to forget that after what has nearly been a civil war for Egypt 7.5 years ago, Now Egypt is ranked 16 in the poll of the Safest countries in the world making it safer than the U.K. and the U.S.A.

So now for all of you folks who have been waiting for years to visit Egypt and scared of the Security status of the country I am glad to tell you that the wait is over.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
While writing that little reminder of what happened in Egypt in 2011 I maintened a neutral position to be able to tell you the exact story. Now there are a lot of versions of this story based on everyone's opinion and their political point of view, so again I have maintened a neutral point of view because I am just describing what happened, I am not doing politics.
