The same pipeline in Shelby County, Alabama that had a recent gas leak around September 15th, which led to a Region-Wide Gas Shortage has now had an Explosion that Killed One and Seriously Injured Seven other people who were around the Blast.
All the News is telling you is that "Gas Prices are sure to Hike Up" and they will, but just like last time they are laying low on how many people will be unable to leave their homes. So anyone living outside of the city, and even some in the city will not be able to get out and Vote unless they take the Clinton Bussing Tour...
This shutdown will restrict gasoline supplies to millions of Americans in the Southeast and possibly the Northeast too. The fire is still burning and who knows when it will stop, work can not be started on the pipe until it burns it self out. Officials say it could be as soon as Saturday, but in September they said it would take three days and it took twelve.
The Colonial Pipeline is 5,500-miles long (8,850-km) and it is the largest U.S. refined products pipeline system in the U.S. it runs from Texas to New York, causing millions of people to be effected. Areas outside of FEMA-IV will have less trouble getting gas as they can rely on Harbors Shipping it in.
I suggest you fill your tank as soon as you can, and always remember 'four plus more' So fill up at least four, Five Gallon Gas Cans, and if it is possible try to get more. We have no idea how long this could really last and you want to be as prepared as possible.

Anyone Living in FEMA-IV understands how bad this was back in September for about two weeks, in which hardly anyone was able to get anywhere until they fixed the pipes. Anytime a gas station was able to open up, it was only for about an hour. Then news would spread fast that a trucker was coming arriving with gas, that people would swarm like flies to fill up. We saw cars from different states just to get some gas...
States also had a $10 limit on the pump that no one wanted to listen to but if all you had was your credit or debit card you had to, the pump would cut you off. If this happens again, grab cash! You can get as much gas as you need with cash because a computer isn't there to stop you. Some areas were so bad or protected that you had to have seperate people come in with ten dollars to keep getting gas - look for older gas stations with less updated gas pumps to insure you can get as much as you feel you will need.
Funny how this Explosion happens about Six Days before One of the Biggest Elections in History! Remember It's the exact same Gas Pipe that had a leak only two months ago. It is also the Pipe Line that Fuels FEMA-IV, look it up FEMA-IV & The Alabama Pipe Line Covers the Exact Same States. - You have to wonder if that's on purpose or not...
If this turns out to be a big deal and it's sounding like it will be, please do what you can to get out and vote. Some ways you can help would be making sure you have enough gas to get through the week [four plus more] and car pooling would be extreamly productive. Ask your friends, family and the folks next door if they need a ride to go place their vote. You could also let a friend or family member borrow the car. And lastly if it comes down to it, jump on your Huffy and get to peddling, because sadly I will bet that this whole situation was created to keep you from voting in this momentous election on November 8th. We need to show them nothing will stop us for this one, it's too big, and we have too much on the line.
