The mobile phone mining is only an interface.. You actually can't mine from smartphone but only throughout them servers..

ARM processors actually have better instruction set than Intel processors... ARM processors might not have the same computational speed, but a lot of phones have 4-8 cores compared to 2 cores on low-end PCs. You can do pool mining on phones or tablets, but most phones and tablets don't have enough storage space to do solo mining.
