It's not always easy to guess who is a madam, lady or a sir... It's even worse in some Asian countries where you need to know relative age to know how to address people.
It always amuse me when older people call me son of an aristocrat... Some people would consider it as an insult but I don't... I will always be blue-blooded by birth even if some people skip a generation.

lol, it use to be like that in north America at a time. But now kids call their parents by their first names and there is no respect.

lol, as for me, I will always just be "son of Dad"... Don't worry about that moniker, trust me I have been called a lot worse.
