That is very festive New Year card, I remember as a child we had presents from school and there were always apples, walnuts and oranges, this combination is always associated for me with New Year, even sometimes when I have them throughout the year, there is a moment that I just catch myself on that thought. I like the still like on your card and obviously having a nice hot tea (in your case I believe it is cold tea) with lemon and some biscuits is great option, I would imagine that there is a fire place too.
