The contract releases the Scientology church from any kind of legal action against them due to the matters being “religious in nature.” It also outlines that the signee may not be a part of any intelligence agency, has debt that would interfere with their participation, have any psychiatric history, and their family members may not speak out against the church nor pursue legal action.
