Today prepare a lunch which I call MEAT IN OYSTER SAUCE WITH VEGETABLES.
I'm not a chef but I think I cook well and I look for perfection in the kitchen.
I like to improvise in the kitchen, I am one of those who think that we not only have to rely on recipes and techniques, we can also create our own recipes and own style.
For me cooking is pleasant, relaxing and we can develop creativity through practice and conquer many palates.
I leave the recipe and steps:
Ingredients:
Paprika
Cebollín
Eggplant
Celery
Cabbage
Garlic
Oyster sauce
Oregano
Garlic balance
Zucchini
Meat (You can also do it with chicken or mixed)
The zucchini and eggplant are chopped in wheels or boxes as shown in the photo.
The cabbage in strips
This is the oyster sauce you use, it is added last with the vegetables.
First add a little oil to the pan to fry only the garlic and meat until cooked medium term.
Then add the finely chopped scallion and finally all the vegetables with the oyster sauce.
The art of cooking helps us to develop patience and to expect a good result, ready to eat and to enjoy a good healthy meal.
