Now, I'll say something that may seem weird now but in time you will understand completely - The suicidal thoughts are NOT yours! They do not belong to you, to who you are. You are probably very sensitive so you pick other people's bad moods or imbalances, and you take all that into yourself. This is not yours! Release it. You are worthy! And you are definitely deserve to enjoy life. 👍🤞... And in addition to @jgullinese's suggestions, allow me to add my two cents - suicidal thoughts, as the title suggests, come from... Thoughts. And thoughts are the product of the mind chatter. When you have such thoughts or just before you feel they are coming, stop! Cease thinking. How? Take few deep breaths. Did you know that when you breathe deeply you can't think at the same time? Try it. At first, the troubling thoughts about suicide will float back very quickly. Keep practicing. Breathe deeply, go and do something to distract your mind. In time you will realize that the thoughts disappear and more joyful moments replace them. 🌝

Thank you for your input, @nomad-magus. That is exactly right. Sometimes just one deep breath or consecutive breaths can change awful thoughts into fleeting moments. And those that are sensitive can often have their moods change due to surrounding forces.
