It seem that a lot of people don't want this to happen because of the same reason people in the 1800s did what people start using motorized transportation. It to them just doesn't have the feel of old horse. "What do you feed a machine" "I just crashed my new motorized buggy be the brakes did work when i yell Whoo" But years later only hobbyists had, used and maintained horses. This i hope is what will happen to fossil fuel. One day only the old man in the country will still use them. But how do we get over this hump to the clean waters a blue sky's the future could hold with the right tech.

Yeah, that is 100% correct. Change is always resisted but it happens anyways. The same will happen with the clean energy sources. Right now there is friction but in the coming decades, no one can stop the transition.
