Is that not Taxation without representation for those who don't/can't pass the testing?
Would you also support some kind of ethics comprehension component for the test?

- That's a good point I didn't think of. I guess it's an unsolvable problem then.
- No, because language and mathematical mastery are objective, while it would be a rightfully contentious question who it is gets to design the ethics test, which answers are right/wrong, etc.
