First off, Thank You Asher, this is my 52nd week. One year of you working for me for free. Thank you for that by the way. I really do appreciate all the tracking and helping keep me on track by letting me know where I am and what I have been doing.
I finally managed two whole weeks without playing around with delegation, and was happy to see myself on the curation league in 72nd place. But I earned over 1 steem per 1000 SP so very happy to see that.
Some good news for I would guess everyone, Steem Value has finally gone up a little bit. Over the last two months it seems that even though I sold cards, powered most steem up and kept earning a little bit every week, every time I would get to $395.00 in account value it would the next morning be back below $393.00. This morning, at $420.00 My account value finally passed that $400.00 it has been searching for for the last two months, hopefully this is going to be a good trend.
Engagement - Congratulations to everyone once again. we may have all slipped a little bit week over week totals in comments but, and I think this is very important, we have increased the amount of outgoing votes. That is very good especially in light of the seeming price rise of steem. I am going to try and get out and do a bit more commenting, and try to do a bit more voting without diluting my vote to people to much, I am not sure I can squeeze more votes out yet, but if steem keeps going up I amy be able to.
Thanks again to Asher, and to all of you. It has been a wonderful year knowing where I have been, it helps me to find a path forward some days.
Thank you for the kind comment @bashadow, my favourite one here this week. I try not to influence the bounty payout too much, but hopefully you'll get a decent share this time.
I'm well aware, through the hundreds of nice comments I have this past year or so, that my time and effort is appreciated, but it is still good to hear that it still is, and perhaps even more so through the tougher times.
The post does take time - replies, adding new entrants, updating the STEEM/MVESTS price, checking for copy/paste comments, calculating the scores, writing the post, and even sending out the prizes. It all adds up :) And so yes, I'm grateful for the kind comments and support.
Glad to read your account is growing, again - it's been a long slide from how the numbers looked in January last year. Of course, it's only 'real dollars' if its in your bank account, and I've tried not to look at the account here as anything other than potential.
Hopefully the next few years will see some of that potential released and we can all grow and take a little out for something nice.
