I live in the countryside, near Venice (Italy)... and the Internet connection it's really something indecent, compared (i.e.) to the 600 Mb synchronous ones in the Canary Islands! (@abh12345, Canary Islands are better served than Majorca?)
Moreover, on Friday lightning have hitted a telecom cabinet and we are still without a wired connection (now I'm using 3G)
