I am not sure what 😉is but yes your right i have a Dentist appointment today and now tomorrow Ia appointment with my Vascular Dr, i need to get my legs checked since they are playing up, buts its all good makes a short week for commuting

I would prefer a long week and no doctors, to be honest, but I know, that it's important, that you take care of your teeth and of your knees, of course.
The weather turned quite nice, although it didn't get really warm, but I didn't get out, because I don't feel very well today. Nothing bad, just a bit of a headach, which will be gone tomorrow :)

Ohh yes i would prefer no doctors or dentists as well, but the dentist was a breeze, and this mornings walk convinced me to stop putting off calling the vascular Doctor and do the follow up
