I am an Engineer, i am working in Sugar industry here we produce refined sugar.
In my work place today i face a great trouble... suddenly Raw sugar elevator tripped. After hearing this news, me & my mechanical team went there as soon as possible because equipment fault decrease production. Firstly i check the whole elevator & then try to troubleshooting the problem. I found there was 'Block bearing' problem. Then I suggest mechanics & fitter to de-cupling the gearbox.
Half an hour later they de-coupling gearbox then change the Block bearing & also change the whole cupling bolt. There was also some bucket problem, my mechanical team also fix it.
The task had been solved after 1:30 hours of hard working then i took a selfie😌 Because i was happy i save the production loss.
Project Director called me & thanked me for my speedy work. Though i was happy.
Specially i thanks to my team members they are very expert & skilled that's why i can solved the problem within 1 & half hour.
