Hello friends, receive a warm greeting. Today I want to share the great variety of fruits that we Cumana consume and we can find fresh in the markets, of course, that I can not name all, but the most common.

I'll start with the fruits of seasons, first the MANGO, rich in vitamin C, consumed both ripe and green, the latter in juice, jellies, sweets, and cut into pieces with salt.

The LECHOSA, I love the red one, this fruit favors the digestion since it has an enzyme called papain. We use it to make juices and greens to prepare sweets, it is a rich dessert from the east of the country.
