One of the most controversial topics in youth conversations is the one about marriage. And perhaps also in the mouth of many adults, this may be: for the seriousness of the matter, because it demands a lot of responsibility and commitment or another approach that reasonably needs to converge. Now what is certain and indisputable is that marriage is fundamental to legally form a family, at least for our Venezuelan society, since we have learned since childhood, that the family is the fundamental basis of society.
Now, in an analysis of the subject marriage, we must first speak of a relationship called courtship, of which we can mention that it is the love relationship between two people before getting married. Relationship that is considered preparatory for both in what will be a possible conjugal life. The couple must adapt to the customs of each one, their temperaments, interests, habits, goals and some other aspect they consider of common interest. During the courtship, common relationships between the couple, illusions and emotions are carried out, which together with the promise of the feeling of love, build an image of the home that both desire. Courtship is a stage of the love relationship where the couple must act with honesty, sincerity, leaving the game aside and paying more attention to the teachings that they receive from that school that will graduate them for marriage.
It should be sought with effort and responsibility, a sincere and lasting love that allows them to face the setbacks that contribute to increase their strength and cohesion. Similarly, at this stage you should reflect and try to get to know each other in the good and the bad, strengthen your common interests and balance the aspects where they are not compatible. For this it is recommended to take the necessary time in this stage, in such a way that the couple knows each other and prepares for the marriage.
Then, as the couple agrees and meditated on their discrepancies and similarities, they move on to the next phase of this much debated period. Marriage is the union of two people of different sexes, where they promise mutual help, fidelity and living together in harmony, establishing a family. This conjugal union demands that the couple should have a clear sense of responsibility, be mature and be prepared both spiritually and materially to consolidate a stable and lasting union in time.
With respect to the legality of marriage, in Venezuela the civilian is celebrated before the law and the religious before the church, whether Catholic or Christian.
