Cheese Cookies
An alternative to prepare salty crackers, fast and economical.
Ingredients:
200 grs. of prepared flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of grated cheese
White pepper (amount needed)
50 grs. of margarine or butter
1 yolk
preparation:
Place in a bowl or bowl the sifted flour, the baking powder, salt, pepper (1/4 teaspoon) and the grated cheese, mix well, then add the margarine or butter with the help of a fork, add the yolk and knead gently. Make a roll and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Put a little flour on the table, stretch the dough, rather thin, with a rolling pin or rolling pin, and cut the cheese crackers with cutters or cut pasta.
Place on a plate and bring to a preheated oven at 180 ° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Tips:
If you want the cheese cookies to have a better color you can add a little bit of paprika to the dough.
Also another alternative would be to put some oregano powder.
