The mango is a super noble fruit because it can be used in many preparations in our kitchen, both sweet and salty. From it we can obtain really exquisite dishes that will leave more than one asking for more.
In this opportunity I will show you one of the ways in which we can use this tropical fruit to delight our palates.
Today we will make Mango Smoothie!
This smoothie I love as a companion at breakfast, or as a mid-morning snack, since the mango will help satiate and also has a great taste.
The preparation is very simple so here I leave the ingredients. (And below tips on what you can do with the preparation, do not miss it).
INGREDIENTS
1 big mango (or 2 small ones)
1 banana
1 cup of milk
1 small spoon of vanilla extract
Ice
PREPARATION
Very simple -> Place all the ingredients in a blender, adding the ice (the amount you like) and serve to taste.
TIPS
As you can see, the recipe does not contain sugar, that is why the fruits we use must be selected ripe, since at this point their natural sugar is more concentrated.
To make the shake even more creamy (in itself it is already quite creamy) you can freeze the fruit and add it to the blender, instead of using ice. It is delicious.
This same preparation is placed in small individual packets, you take it to the freezer for a few hours, and you get some super creamy, sweet and refreshing ice creams.
