Today is the birthday of my dear grandmother Lola, a Spanish immigrant who came from her beloved Curuña to "A hacer la America" in Argentina, who accompanied my childhood and that God lent her to us until she was almost 101 years old.
I have no doubt that she is the one who without realizing I instill the taste for cooking this is a recipe that goes back to my past, every time I make this recipe I feel next to me and fill me with nostalgia, is an easy recipe with few ingredients as in the days of my grandmother who cooked with few ingredients
Tell me what food brings you closer to your childhood
Prepare them and don't forget to send me the image so I put it in this post

Cut the vegetables as shown in the image, also cut the stalks.
.........................................................................................................
Place the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder
.........................................................................................................
Water
.........................................................................................................
Go mixing, add the egg and continue mixing, it will look like it is cut, but do not despair haha immediately it will look good.
.........................................................................................................
Add little by little all the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
.........................................................................................................
That's how the dough has to fit.
.........................................................................................................
Fry over medium heat. Don't put too many to cook evenly.
.........................................................................................................
As you take them out put it on absorbent paper. I put them on the paper where the flour comes from as it did to my grandmother.

I hope you do and enjoy these delicious fritters!
