Diets will not work
Forget about dieting, it will not do you any good. Why? Because it is temporary, you will only confuse your organism and the rebound will be frightening. What you need is a complete dietary change, that is, to eat healthier today and always. Leave the processed foods and think about your health, only then you will get a permanent change.

Killing you with hunger is not the option
Eating less is also not a viable option, the only thing you will achieve is to live with hunger and your body will take it as if you had to make reservations and accumulate fat. In fact you have to try to make your body more agile and you will only achieve it by eating at least 5 times a day. Your three box meals and eat healthy snacks between each meal.

Cardio
It is impossible to get the waist you dream without exercise. So I'm sorry but you have to do cardiovascular exercises at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes minimum!

Specific exercises

Change your posture
It does not matter if you are sitting, standing or lying down, you have to try that your back is always straight and your abdomen is a bit contracted. The posture will make your abdomen immediately look a little less pronounced, try it!

Contract your abdomen
Try to keep your abdomen contracted most of the day, in the end you will get used to it and get great results. Do not exaggerate, it's not about living with pain, it's a slight contraction.

Lower sodium
Salt makes you retain fluids, inflames you and you feel bloated. So try to consume very low amounts, you will see that in a month you feel super good.

Water, water and more water
Neither soft drinks nor sugary drinks are allowed. You will not achieve that waistline if you allow them to continue in your life. Take natural water.

Patience
You will not get results in a day, to really see a progress in that area you have to wait a few months. Be patient and do not throw everything away.

I would agree to a certain extent. I love the macro diet wherein your able to eat certain foods within your macro limit, but thats also for more experienced fitness junkies so its not always practical for the general public. Great post though! Also your hyperlinks to the exercises didn't work.
