Let's discuss about day-to-day stuff: how can we deactivate bomb-people?

in #english7 years ago

An intense situation in an undisturbed home is sometimes a matter of  bad luck, chance or accumulated stress,  but it definitely always happens at a given moment.

Almost 8 billion people do not always have a good spirit, and it is  very probable that less than 20% of that amount possess a totally optimistic, passive and cheerful attitude.

A good discussion can sometimes even clarify certain tensions between family members, friends and acquaintances, as long as it is carried out in a respectful and pleasant way.

Now, the real question is: are our bodies not affected at all by these uncomfortable encounters?

In  the halo of discord many of us get carried away by our feelings and grossly exploit to those who may not be part of the discomfort in question. However, this discharge allows our feelings to flow from our bodies,  thus relaxing the tension and the weight of our backs after a hard day.

Then there is the case of what I called bombs.  They are people who do not show their feelings, especially when they are around the discomfort or discomfort. They are considered self-toxic people, because they keep any opinion or disagreement deep inside their being, and although it may not look so serious, little by little it diminishes certain qualities of the personality, even reaching depression and, in fatal cases, suicides.

Is it really good to keep our opinions or disagreements in our mind?

Is it easy to express a point of view to an interlocutor in this abstract and complicated world?

Can we help bomb-people to achieve an effective recovery, or must they do the first step to freeing their emotions and concerns?
